ScreenTime Reset is designed to help you reduce distraction and build healthier digital habits. By using our app, browser extension, SMS prompts, and related services you agree to the terms below.

Acceptable use

• Use ScreenTime Reset only for personal or team productivity purposes.
• Don’t reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or the content we provide.
• Respect the privacy of other users if you access shared dashboards or reports.

Service updates

We ship improvements often. Features may change or be deprecated with notice. We'll always let you know if a change affects critical workflows like login, plan sync, or billing.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service at any time. To remove your stored plan data or extension telemetry, email support@screentime.com and we’ll confirm within 48 hours.

Liability

ScreenTime Reset is provided “as is.” We can’t guarantee particular outcomes, but we do everything we can to maintain uptime, protect your data, and deliver helpful guidance.
