Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum amount of information required to deliver the ScreenTime Reset experience. That includes the email address you enter for magic links and the telemetry you choose to sync through the dashboard, browser extension, and SMS buddy. Everything else is optional.

What we store

• Email address for authentication and newsletter delivery.
• Session tokens that keep you signed in on trusted devices.
• Usage metrics you opt to sync (focus scores, override events, check-in responses).

What we never store

• Plaintext passwords (we only use magic links).
• SMS content unrelated to focus check-ins.
• Third-party browsing history outside the extension’s allow/block list.

Your controls

• Delete synced data from the dashboard at any time.
• Export your plan history by emailing privacy@screentime.com.
• Unsubscribe from email or SMS reminders directly from those messages.
